I AM AN OFW RETURNING TO SAME EMPLOYER OR JOBSITE HOW DO I AVAIL OF THE OEC EXEMPTION?
If you are returning to the same employer and jobsite, you may avail of the OEC exemption by registering thru the BM Online Processing System direct link bmonline.ph. You can also go to the POEA website address poea.gov.ph and click BM Online. If you are already a registered user, you need only to log-in using your registered email and password. The web page of the BM Online System displays the Steps on “How to Use the Online System” that will guide you in using the facility and availing of the OEC exemption.
HOW WOULD I KNOW IF I AM ALREADY EXEMPTED FROM SECURING OEC?
You can log-in to your BM Online account prior to your scheduled return to your employer. It is the system that will determine if you are exempted from securing an OEC.
WHAT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD?
You may email us at [email protected] indicating your concern and your complete name and Passport number. You can also contact the POEA System Administrator thru telephone numbers 02-7219496 / 02-7277778 / 02-7210785 / 09173257397 or thru email [email protected] or [email protected].
